He obtained his knowledge in various Ayurvedic schools under the guidance of renowned Ayurvedic masters in South India. He is also trained in integrative health and holistic care. His mission is to popularize these practices and make them more accessible to the western population. His 10 years of experience has allowed him to refine and personalize his techniques and therapies, to offer an authentic experience without traveling to India. He has also been practicing the ancient martial art Kalaripayattu since his childhood. The practitioners of this martial art use Ayurveda to heal themselves.
Our bodies are perfectly capable of self-healing. We use methods that support this natural ability through techniques such as acupressure, ayurvedic nutrition, massage and exercise, ayurvedic physical therapies as well as myofascial release, cupping and Siddha reflexology.
